Choosing the people who will and will not attend your birth is one of the most important steps you'll take during your birth planning and will likely be the first thing you do, so knowing how right away is important.

During this class we will go over:
  • How to choose the right provider for the type of birth you are looking for
  • What to do if your choices are limited
  • How to have productive conversations with your provider regarding your birth choices
  • How to change providers if you've already established care elsewhere.
I leave lots of room for questions and like to go with the flow of the class. Historically, these classes are very interactive, so please come with your questions. Even if I can't answer them all in the short one hour time we're together, I will follow-up with you in an email.
